Hi just sharing my exp..
L1B Blanket at chennai Nov 2018 - got 221g with not clearly approvable
L1B Individual premium processing, FIled in Feb 2019, got RFE from Texas center as VE was full, responded RFE with all technical docs of tool that learned & enhanced, training docs, awards, certificates, financial docs - got response in June 2019 - evidence is lacking, training docs not provided, knowledge doesnt seems to be specialized.

A: Im.. I have been invited to attend business meeting with our client YYYY to discuss & gather requirements for migrating the legacy system to the proprietary platform.
Q: do you have the the invitation letter?
A: yes, here it is.

A: 2 weeks
Q: this would be first travel out of India?
A: yes, sir
kept typing something after second Q, and after few mins replied
under strict policy we cant not grant it.... all reasons are mentioned in this slip 214b.

This is just my exp.. try to have as much as documentation in RFEs.. I had about 25 pages technical docs & other docs in L1 RFE.. more & more details in DS-160..
