Feb 27th 2020:-Got an email, my case Mumbai consulate return to USCIS Kentucky consular center for additional review of my case.
March 3rd 2020- Ceac status changed from administrative processing to Refused. Email to Embassy, waiting for reply.
March 25th: USCIS case status changed to "Department of State Sent Case to USCIS For Review
