Hito all, Im here in Phoenix AZ, I came here last october 03, 2009 for fiance visa, my visa will expire this jan.01,2010 my fiance i mean my ex fiancee told me an hour ago that he won't marry me because he's not in love with me anymore andhe's not happy and dont wanna be with me he has many reasons why he can't marry me.My problem is idont have ticket to go back to philippines he told me that i have to wait until he is ready financially, and it seems i will overstay here.What are the consquences that i may face if ever i overstay? Will I get banned for how many years? will overstaying can cause a problem if ever i will apply any visas for usa or other countries? Thank you!!!
