I was visiting California, USA on B1 visa in 2015,and while being there I was going for a business meeting with a client, driving a honda city car that belonged to my niece. As per DMV instructions While on a temporary non immigrant visa I did not require a California driving Licence and could drive with my home country licence.I was stopped at a check point in Glendora and was asked for the Licence which I produced to the officer. Then the officer asked me my status which I told him as visiting and showed him my I94.He asked me to get out of the vehicle, handcuffed me and told me that they were taking me to police station to check if there were any warrants against me and they took me to Glendora police station. After checking when they did not find anything against me,the officer on duty gave me a ticket saying driving without licence and arrested without ID.Eventually I got all the charges on ticket dismissed and flew back to my home country before the I-94 expired keeping myself in status while leaving US.Now My question is what do I answer to the question that were you ever arrested, while filling up the visa forms.I have the court document dismissing all the charges on the ticket.I am confused what should I answer to the above mentioned question. Please help if anyone went through such an experience.Thanks.

You are supposed to dismiss issues that are related with the car tickets.
