EVC-F1-OPT-H1B-H1B Amendment, 2nd client - no client letter submitted in amendment. I passed the passport with I797 with greetings VO - What do you do? VO - Who is your client? VO - What is your Salary? VO - Typing . Turned sideways to take a slip VO - Handed me a yellow slip and with just my name and Date - Dec 2019 and said "You do not need to do anything, your employer needs to submit these documents" - Greeted and left the window 221g asked- Client Letter & Itinerary of Services 1/12- Vendor letter and Itinerary 1/28- Email for support to submit Client Letter 2/4- Client Letter Submitted 2/6- Client responded to verification email form embassy followup - Every Week 1 email and 2 calls to support 2/24- Received email to submit passport 3/3- Passport received 3/6- US Travel Delay was on my side or client's side to submit the client letter to embassy which took most time in this case. Note: The CEAC case status was never updated until passport was submitted
