Has anyone traveled on deferred U VISA? I believe that is for 3 years and then I-485 is applied and then you get a GC after 1 year. Lawyers state that if I am out of the country for more than 90 days(delay possible in getting visa in home country), I will not be eligible for GC. Is that correct?
