Friends, Avoid going to Nogales
Hi Frenz,

I went to Nogales on May13th for H1B stamping, Thank God I got the Visa. In Nogales they are asking for everything,
1. contract b/w ur employer and client.
2. paystubs
3. contact info at client side.
4. tax forms, what did you do in ur OPT and where
u did ur opt?
I haven't had the client contract with me right at that time, so they asked me to fax or email it. Called my employer and got it done.
on may13th, 3 guys came for H1B. for one guy, they asked the contract b/w employer and vendor,
vendor and client. but his vendor refused to give
the info, eventhough consulate officer called him. that vendor siad, it's confidential. so that guy is stuck there.
one guy came for L1-H1 transfer, they told him that his h1 petition was 2 yrs old and asked him to produce some more additional docs.
I heard from one of the guys hu came for stamping on may 12th, the day before me, that on may 12th also nearly 4 guys came for H1 stamping and for all of them they asked the client contract and contact info.
So better go with all the abov mentioned docs including ur client ID or avoid Nogales.
if u need further info email me at [email protected]
