I had paid by credit card in mid-November and received a few tems from Ojjas for order pkaced through Sifymall and thereafter the remaining orders were not supplied. I have been contacting Sifymall through telephone and email and no one responds adequately except to gater the details repeatedly and requesting a further 24 - 48 hours. Each time it is a different customer executive who handles the issue. Sifymall says that Ojjas allegedly claims to have sent four items under one order on 17.11.2008 under one Airway bill, but of these only one item under this AWB has been received so far and the Airway bill also points to only one item having been sent at all. This is a ripoff by the mall seller all combined. Does anyone have the address and telephone number at Bangalore of Ojjas ?
