This is with regards to my mothers Tourist VISA for US.
She was scheduled for an interview on 28th/29th Apr 2013, she was approved for the Tourist VISA.
The Passport arrived today with the stamped VISA but noticed that it was not correct

Realized that while filing the DS-160 form in the surname section instead of putting LNU, we filled FNU which caused the issue.
Would like to know how can we proceed forward in this case. Need Help
