I traveled to marry my husband in Nigeria last November, 2013. I filed both I130 and the I129f. I am not clear as to why Nebraska has my I 129f form because I do not see that they even handle them on their timeline. I called the service center and the lady told me that they are both in Nebraska. Does this mean that it will be transferred? Can anyone tell me what I should expect to happen? I am patiently waiting, but I am biting my nails because I hear that Lagos Nigeria has a difficult embassy.
