My final email to CKGS
I received my PIO today.

After all the experience I had with CKGS team for this consular service, I would like to conclude that you guys are lucky to still be in business with MEA. It is a matter of time when your contract should be taken away as the quality of service, quality of information, efficiency that this team works with is nothing but a disgrace in today's world. It is shocking to see the kind of response your team sitting in India on the phone provide to customer.

They have the audacity to scream back to the client, the supervisor(s) have no guts/responsibility to deal with clients on the phone and always go on hiding.

How dare your team provide information like the PIO is not issued to you as this program is cancelled just from the top of their wild thinking's with out knowing the status of my application. How dare your team lie to me that they will call me back but only 1 of them rings back out of plethora?

Your man tells me that he can't get through to San Fran Embassy because its been **** down today due to "something happened there" or "please wait for couple of days"- - what a typical desi reply in Hindi translated in English and how does he expects this excuse to sell???

Sitting on their desk in India and sipping a cup of tea can never compare to pain applicants get fro the quality of service your provide.

Why n earth my application didn't got dispatched from Jan 27th to Feb 2nd? How was the checklist verification done and why the brainless sitting in CKGS office check online if I ever paid for return courier.

The amount of pain, cost of inconvenience deserves a lawsuit against CKGS and it will be coming sooner for the plethora of pain to thousands of applicant.

I see that you guys are deducting CKGS and courier fee for the applicant whose PIO were not issued - shameless! how can you deduct any fee for not providing any service but pain - if it was me - lawuit was ready!!!

If you guys don't have the answers to calls, stop taking calls or for your own sake stop working for world's most inefficient company!

A parrot-ted answer for every call and email is ridiculous and the quality of fame CKGS brings to India through their various office and call center is surely making India shameful.
