My Employer applied H1B on Apr - 2012 then went to RFE 2 times. Jan- 2013 H1B got approved then expired on Jan-2014. But they didn't share i797 letter. I saw some blogs , without i797 , is it possible to transfer my H1B from india. Please reply me.
