I-751 AND N400 interview without my partner. Status: March 8, 2023 Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed
Hello guyz I had my I-751 AND N400 interview without my partner, the IO was so mean and asked several questions like how we met, jobs, why we moved. I couldn't remember the name of my mother inlaw and father inlaw. After everything she did the N400 interview, said passed and gave me a paper saying a decision has not yet been made. I went home feeling devastated, Because I should have brought my wife.
later that evening my case status for I751 changed to Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed.
Is been 3 days now, nothing.
Has anyone been in similar situation before? If yes, how long did it take to change or what happened next.

And anyone here has same timeline as mine ?,can you please share your progress? Mine is at “finger prints applied” since June 2022. Thank you!

Transit through London (Travelling from USA to India through London) with Expired Green Card - Do I need Transit Visa for London?
Hi All,

I am bit confused and would help some help from the community. My scenario:

I am an Indian Citizen working in the USA. I have a Expired Green Card (through spouse) and have applied to "remove conditions on Green Card" and have received I-797 which states that my Green Card validity is extended for 2 years and I can travel using the document. My question:

1. In April, I am travelling to India through UK (London). I have a air-side transit and won't go through border control - meaning I will land in Terminal 5 in London (from USA) and then in 3 hours will catch connecting flight to India through the same Terminal 5.

Do I need to get a Direct Airside Transit Visa? Or, I don't need any Visa as I have Green card and supporting I-797.

Is there anyone who has travelled with similar situation? If you can shed some light I would appreciate that. Thank you!
