I had ordered for a digicam. Rediff sent me email confirming despatch. I have not received it till date. I tried their customer service contact form but they never reply. They are real cheats. Has anybody files case in consumer court. I think they are turning big cheats in the market.

I did not get my orded item that i shoped on rediffshoping on 25 nov.

Extremely BAD experience(s) with Rediff shopping. I had a couple of really bad issues 3 years ago... I ordered stuff, they were never delivered, credit card was charged, difficult to track etc etc

I thought things may have improved and am totally WRONG. I ordered a book and a box of sweets 2 weeks ago. The sweets were delivered but the book wasn't. The order status says "delivered". There is a carrier number but no name !!!! No phone number to call rediff at !! Absolutely the WORST place to shop.

I recently had VERY DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING experience with Indiaplaza.com. I placed an order (around October 10, 2005) for 5 audio CDs and my credit card was charged immediately for the full amount (about $30). An e-mail confirming the order and shipping details was sent to me. However, when I received the envelope, it contained only ONE of the CD's that I ordered. I tried to call the customer service (1-866-978-5042) but could not get through. After several attempts on different days, I was able to leave a voice message ... but did not hear back from the customer service. I followed up by e-mails and after a couple of days, I got an auto generated response telling me that 'they are looking into the matter and checking with their fulfillment team and that I should bear with them'. It has been close to 2 months from the time I placed the order and I still have not received the balance CD's nor got a refund of my money. The frustrating thing is that the customer service hardly even attempts to understand or explain why or what the problem is. First of, it was very very difficult to get some one on the voice line ... the number is bogus! Rarely it allows you to leave a message. Next, their e-mail response always is an auto generated one ...

I am not new to online shopping and have always had pleasant experiences ... this being the only exception ....

I strongly believe that this incidence is not an isolated case ... several postings complaining about Indiaplaza confirm that there is a problem with the operation of the MegaMall (at least that's what they advertise!). As of today, I have not received the CD's that I ordered.

I sincerely WARN to be EXTRA CAREFUL about ordering any thing from Indiaplaza.com .... save yourself money and trouble ... there are many other choices on the web .... stay away from INDIAPLAZA.com

Think about it ... if they can not answer questions about the order or give you prompt and satisfactory service, why should you waste your precious time visiting the site and buying from them?

never shop on Dell site.they are big fraud.moreover there products are low quality for high price

Rediff gave us a big disappointment about quality of shopping . We ordered a beautiful Stylish Cut Work Kota Silk Saree but we got very different color saree. Cloth quality of saree was very poor. Color of saree was different from color shown in picture on web site. This order was gift to my sister on Rakhsha bandhan. We got big embarrassment when we saw the gift on our India trip.

I placed an order for Diwali. The delivery was in Bombay. There flashing and bold promises that gifts placed 2 days before 4 would be delivered on the Diwali day.

Now its almost 10 days after diwali, no sign of delivery. Worst, there is no bloody number where one can call up and ask. I am sure the 'customer care' email is pure bull shit!!

Never ever buy from this cheap site

I had ordered some costume jewellery sets from them and asked them to be delivered to my friend in Bombay.

My friend says that the jewellery is nothing like what the link on the REDIFF sites shows. It is an entirely different piece.

I plan to stop payment on this.

These are BIG CHEATERS.I have ordered a microwave for my brother which costed me 120$ but they shipped a local brand in a very bad shape.They refused to answer
my mails.My sincere request to fellow indians not to order any thing from this web site.

I have the same issue that I'm living abroad and I think rediff also realizes that we won't be able to do much so they keep cheating cusomters like this. We should try to take them to consumer court or do something about it. Atleast do forawrd this link to all of your friends and add add "[email protected]" email address also in CC list so that they also know that we are letting other people know and they just can't get away so easily.
