Got email about collecting stamped passport for me and my daughter. My wife’s passport still shows under processing. Does someone have the same experience?

The application was refused without giving a chance to provide more information, and later the attorney sent an email regarding reconsidering the application and clearing the reason for the refusal.

can anyone suggest how much time will it take to hear back from the officer? or it is better re-apply again.

Hello Team,
I have submitted my wife's application for a visitor visa online and had paid the fees immediately. The application submission confirmation was received with the receipt number immediately.

However it is past 2 days and we haven't received the Biometric collection letter. I was expecting it to arrive within 24 hours (it happened to my application last week).

There was an email sub: Your application(Vxxxxxxx) has been updated exactly after 24 hours but there was no change in the online application. No UCI number, no new message in inbox, no letter.

Can someone please help as we are against the clock? And if there is a way to find out what's going on. Esp after that email didn't update anything on the online application.

I friend submitted my an online application for canada student visa in india on 18th Sep 2019. He completed up front medical exam as well.

Can some please share their recent experiences and timelines about this process.

FYI: Visa application is a normal process(not a SDS).

I applied for TRV a month ago to attened a compitition and visit my brother on sep 20. I applied online and from Iran. When i email CIC last week i find out my application send to ottawa and its waiting for an officer to review the file. Normally iranian application send to Ankara visa office but no idea why it transfered to ottawa. Any one can help me? Thanjs.

I have applied for Canada visitor visa on 16 Aug 2019 offline. Today I received my passport having a letter on which it is written that important information has been sent to you by email to the email provided by you in your application.
But, I don't received any email yet.
Guys tell me what I have to do now????
I want to know the reason for my refusal. As both me and my husband applied together on same sponsorship. My husband got 6 months single entry visa, and in my passport there is a letter stating above.
We are worried. How we can know the reason for my refusal, as I have to apply again.
Guys suggest me, now but I have to do to know my application's refusal reason

I applied TRV for Canada to get my H1b stamped , biometrics done last week.. Today i got email that they cannot issue my visa..

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.

I want to know which Toronto location is better for first time H1B stamping. If there are any dates available for this month. I need to get my visa done as soon as possible. I was wondering if anyone was in this situation and any suggestions would help.

Hi All,
I submitted an online application to get visitor visa for myself and my wife on Aug 20th. I have not received any communication from the IRCC or the Canadian visa systems other then acknowledging the receipt of the application. Are others also seeing the same thing? I am applying from Pacific Northwest and would assume that the application would go to Los Angeles.

Anyone else seeing similar behavior? Do we know on what is the current SLA?
