Adjustment of Status - I-485

my question is while my I-485 is pending, can an I-131(Advance Parole Document) be issued by a local USCIS office, a lot of people including lawyers are telling me that the local offices do issue them as long as you have the proper evidence to show that you need this Advance Parole Document immediately.

Hello for all October fillers i just received my EAD/AP Approval letter, here is my timeline
F2A LPR WIFE (under 245i)
PD 12/29/15
i130 approved 04/13/16
AOS (i485, i131, i765) received 10/5/17
Biometrics 11/8/17
EAD Approval Letter 12/22/17
Waiting for EAD card to arrive!! will post when arrive

Hello everyone, so i'm still waiting for my I-485 after more than a year.
I need to travel due to an emergency so i went to my local USCIS office with all the necessary documents & evidence so they can issue me an Advance Parole Document for travel on the 11th of January.
I was not denied, but the gentleman told me they do not issue them there which is very contradicting to what the website & USCIS Phone Customer Service is telling me. I asked to speak to his supervisor & he would not let me talk to him. Did I just get a bad officer at the USCIS location or what?
Anyone have experience with this?
I NEED some urgent advise.

Interview: Dec 14, 2017

Interview went well. Asked for our ID's and my EAD.I think it lasted 10 mins or less. IO swore us in.
asked yes/no question

Husband & me: full name, birthday, address
who is watching our kid?
How old is our kid
Husband?when is our wedding date

and thats it.

they had a casual talk . and said keep talking while I'm printing your approval .

made a copy of my EAD and our ID's. We said thank you
walked us out.

When do you think I will be scheduled for an interview or get my temp workers permit?

Recieved interview notice for Jan 18. So its really taking about 1 year now for processing. But I have a couple of concerns now..

1) My medical, is its still valid for one year, will expire days before interview.. I think I'll just get another medical done so I can avoid any issues later on.

2) My EAD expires in late April 2018, I am not sure if I should renew it now since Interview is late Jan 2018. But then again to be on safe side of things, I probably should get it renewed. Who knows how long will it take oto make a decision and mail.

Any suggestions?

I am reading in this forum persons with PD February already getting interviews but i am January 30, 2017 PD but i am still waiting is anybody for Brooklyn got any news yet!!!!

Someone explain to me uscis send a letter for my ead to me saying my case is under review that I will receive decision shortly or any further actions, please if you been through something similar like this kindly do explain to me how long it’s gonna take for me to receive a decision it’s been 2weeks I receive the letter someone please tell me how long I need to wait..

 I finally got my greencard after 11 days not including weekends. May god bless you all in your journey. It arrived at our attorney office, when we had requested for it to arrive to our home address. Sometimes they won’t send them to home addresses. God bless you all!!!!!

Hi everyone, we had our interview on Dec. 13th at Pittsburgh PA office.
My husband came on a K1 in 01/10/2017, got married 01/17/17...
Filed I485, PD : 02/10/2017 (seattle office).
EAD received 05/01/2017.
Moved to West Virginia 10/10/2017
Interview notice 11/09/2017 for Pittsburgh office
Interview date 12/13/2017 Pittsbughg office
Official approval received 12/18/2017
Green Card received 12/21/2017.

The interview was painless. The officer just look through our wedding album and asked how we met, when decided to get married and when we moved to West Virginia from Seattle. Asked where we work at and took our employments verification letters, affidavit of lease, car insurance, my pregnancy ultrasound. My husband medical was done oversea on 11/03/2016. But the officer said its good and complete. He handed us a letter about removing conditional green card and a booklet "welcome to USA" and a booklet how to become and US citizen. I wish everyone have a great holiday season and dont worry too much. If your marriage is real, you will get your green card.
