Just went through the process as EB-2 with my wife as dependent - here's my timeline

01 June 2017: Filed I-765/I-131/I-485/I-140 with premium processing.
09 June 2017: I-140 Approved
10 June 2017: Biometrics notice received
26 June 2017: Biometrics taken
10 Aug 2017: Combo EAD/AP received
26 Oct 2017: Interview notice received
27 Nov 2017: Interview
12 Dec 2017: Approval notice received (dated 7th of Dec)
14 Dec 2017: GC received
(online status still stuck at "Interview is scheduled)

Interview went very smoothly, but we were not approved on the spot because the IO wanted to have his supervisor review the case. He still told us we should be approved "within a couple days".

It turned out to be a bit more than 2 weeks, but that wasn't unreasonable! Still, I'm pretty happy to have this behind me

i140 RFE
Hi,

My attorneys filed the i140, i765 and i485 concurrent. I140 in Premium Process.

On November 27th I received an RFE (attorneys didn't share me information for what), below are the updates:

Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed
On December 7, 2017, we received your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker , Receipt Number SRC1803150332, and mailed you a receipt notice. It is being processed at our Texas Service Center location. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

11/15/2017
We received your request for premium-processing of your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker , and mailed you a receipt notice.

11/27/2017
We mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker .

I went to the fingerprints on December 12th, 2017

Do you know what does it mean the last update of my i140? Did the attorneys send the RFE requested? they didn't share me any information.

Thanks for your help.

EAD card time processing
EB-3
How long does it take to get EAD card now in Nebraska office? I had i-7131, i-765, i-485 submitted in May 2017.
Bio-metrics done in August 2017. November I got notice of moving i-485 to NBC but no news on EAD whatsoever. It has been 7th months already to get EAD.
Service request filled 25th of November with response that officer is assigned to my case.
My L1 expires 1st of January. I have two weeks of work left :(.

To travel w/ EAD/AP and GC Approved
I have EAD/AP until 02/05/2018.
I am travelling on Sunday 12/17 abroad, and my GC was just approved yesterday 12/13 and most likely I will not have my Green Card on hand before i leave.
Can i still use EAD/AP for reentry with GC approved but still not received?
Please advise... anyone?
