Hello, here I am sharing my timeline just to see if this has happened to someone else. Your feedback would be appreciated.

Nebraska Service Center...
Feb 2017: Filed i 140 premium processing. Approved within two weeks
April 2017: PD became current. Filed I 485, I 765 and I 131.
July 2017: Biometrics
September 2017: EAD and I 131 approved
September 2017: RFE i 485 gonorrhea test
October 2017: RFE received
November 2017: Case was transferred to another office.. Does anyone what that means or why the do that?

Feb 2017: PERM start
May 2017: PERM end
     Retrogression of visa bulletin and wait for medical exam for 2 months.
Oct 23, 2017: Concurrent Submission of I-140 (Premium Process), I-485, I-131/765
Oct 25, 2017: Receipt notice of those submissions
Nov 8, 2017: I-140 online status change to RFE
Nov 13, 2017: Biometrics done
Nov 15, 2017: REF letter received

I am currently work as an OPT and my EAD will be over Feb 2018. Hopefully I will receive it by end of January...

I-140 RFE is much more than we want. Since my sponsor is a sole proprietor, TSC requested to submit sponsor's personal bank account statement, tax return form, statement of personal liquid asset, etc. and my pay stubs/ W2 form.
  
I do not have W-2 from last year because I started working Feb 2017. I need to wait till next year to submit RFE due to my situation.

Hope EAD/AP at least will be issued early next year....
I will update my info when it changes

Hi,

I am asking regarding the new policy of extending in-person interviews to include EB applicant (https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-releases/uscis-to-expand-in-person-interview-requirements-for-certain-permanent-residency-applicants).

The article says it is effective on October 1 2017. Does this means it will applied to people who’s PD is after this date or anyone who is still pending?

All the people that I know who applied for NIW EB2 did not go to interview. I just got our EAD/AP cards and I planning for a vacation during Christmas. I’m afraid they might ask us to show for an interview while we are out of the country!

Here is my timeline:
Jan 2017: I-140 submitted
May 2017: I-140 approved
Jun 2017: I-485, I-765, I-131 submitted
Oct 2017: EAD/AP card received
Nov 9 2017: I-485 update => “your case has been transferred to another service center”

Please let me know. My wife is planning to spend 3 month outside US.

Filed June 2017 concurrent. I-140 approved. Eb1b NSC. Priority date was ported from a previous eb2. So, I-140 approval notice has a priority date of 2010.

Does having an older priority date help move I-485 to NBC faster? Also, EAD/AP still pending. any thoughts on when to expect an interview notice?

Any update on I-485 approval submitted after mid of Feb 2017. Mine was submitted concurrently to TSC under EB1B category on Feb 17, 2017 in regular processing. Combo card received in April.
I-140 approved on oct.12 and still waiting for I-485.

If anyone can provide update for I-485 approval submitted on or after Feb 17 that will appreciated and great help.

Thank you for sharing experiences. I finally got update on my i485 case since long wait.

Here is the history:
EB2 category.
PD: May 2016
I458 case was received Nov 4, 2016.
Fingerprints appointment Dec 28, 2016.

Since that time nothing. Today my case got changed to "Name was updated. We updated your name for your I485 form".
Does anybody know what does that mean? I didn't change name in my life, and same status change today for my wife and kid.

Hope all is good and it means that they started to work on my case and will hear good news soon. Cross my fingers :).

11/08/2017: We received your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker , and mailed you a receipt notice. It is being processed at our Texas Service Center location.

11/15/2017: we mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker , Receipt Number SRC180265xxxx. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence. If you do not receive your request for additional evidence by December 15, 2017, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy.

My attorney is waiting for RFE. Nervous but I hope and pray that it's something minor....
