Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone applied for their AP with a I131 form after their biometrics reading was completed and their interview was pending. If so, what was your approximate wait time? It's a plus if you live in the NYC metro area.

I'd appreciate people's stories, I'm traveling and will submit my I131 form with my 1797 so I don't have to pay the fee.

Case is ready to be schedule for interview: 03/02/17
Ead produced: 04/24/17
Ead mailed: 04/27/17 ( hope to get next week)

No interview date yet!
Anxious.

Someone from CT please share your experience with me because I wanna know how the interviews are being schedule!

Just missed my call from uscis because I was vacuuming. So disappointed in myself after working so hard to get them to transfer me to an L2 officer. Do you know if they will call back or do I have to call back on Monday ?

Last week got a letter in the mail stating that our I-765 and I-131 had been approved (still waiting on I-485 and I-601 approval) but the online system still shows all of our applications as pending.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how long do you think it will take for our EAP/AP card?

is it just me or is there really some movement with the processing times?
I have been noticing for the past 2 weeks a lot of people getting their EADs/ Advance paroles and I-485s approved.

What do you think?

Can any one please recommend any civil surgeon Dallas/Richardson area for I-693 Medical exam -who can do with low cost. Appreciate the response.

Hey there, Does anyone have any recent experience with early walk-in biometrics at the Miami ASC?
I have my appointment on the 5/11 but I won't be in town so I am trying to see if I can do an early biometrics on Monday or Tuesday since I leave on 5/3.
If anyone knows please I could really use your help.

Just to share with you the timeline of events that led to this great day!

We came to the US last year under a L-1 visa for my wife, and L-2 for the 4 kids and me (August 1st, 2016).

Then it went like this:
Start of filling up all the documents: October 15th, 2016
Medical visits, vaccinations etc... until November 2016.

Dec. 16th, 2016: filed for I-485 (AOS), I-131 (AP) and I-765 (EAD)
Jan. 11th, 2017: appointment for fingerprints in Boston (MA)
Feb. 2nd, 2017: I-765 approved, card ordered
Feb. 8th, 2017: EAD card received
Feb. 17th, 2017: I-131 approved. Notice sent and received right after.
Apr. 28th, 2017: I-485 approved. Cards have been ordered. Expected anytime soon!

Funny thing is: no interview.

Total process time of 4.5 months. Boston was the USCIS branch, but our case were dealt with in Texas Service Center for whatever reason.

If then one got interview scheduled please share your PD and processing time for all form.
I applied in NOV/2016 approved EAD in 90days but not scheduled an interview.

RFE rec 4/17/17 for I-485
as the income was below the 125%

I am getting ready to send a new affidavit of support using a joint sponsor, I am wondering if i have to do 2 forms one for my wife who is my sponsor but her income is below the 125% guideline or i can just do 1 affidavit of support form with the info of the joint sponsor.

Please advise
