Employment Based Greencard

Any update on I-140 submitted to TSC in Feb 2017 in regular processing. Mine was submitted concurrently (I-140 and 485) on 16th Feb to TSC in EB1B category. I received EAD/AP in end of April but no update on I-140 yet. Attorney raised SR and received to wait 60 days.

Is there anyone that applied for EB1B in May and got their I-765/EAD approved? Its been over 4 months since I applied and was just wondering what is going on.

Any update on EB1C INDIA from Nebraska (NSC) service center FEB/MAR I 140/485 approvals. Its been 7 months now.

My application timeline is below.
EB2, NSC
Perm approval: May 2016
I-140 approval: June 2016
I-485 application submitted to NSC: Nov 2016
AP- EAD received: January 2017
Finger print: January 2017
I-485 approval notice for both me and my spouse: Sept 13, 2017
Card received: Sept 20, 2017

I-140 in EB1C submitted to Nebraska Service Centre in Jan 2017
Currently, the center shows 16 months of processing i.e. will be approved by April 2018
Family is outside US and would be not coming back to Us for next 4 months.
Attorney suggesting to start I-485

Should I start I-485 only for me now (Oct 2017) or bring family to US asap and file I-485 together ? Family is not comfortable coming back to US soon and also my I-140 will be pending till April 2018. So does it really help to bring family back now and file I-485 now in Oct 2017? How much faster does it make the GC processing ? My visa is valid till 2019.

Guys got the message today that my 140 has been approved. PD 18 Feb 2017 TSC. This has been a long wait . Lets see when 485 gets approved.

Any NSC July filers got their I-140 or I-485 approved? I filed both concurrently July 2017 Eb1b. My finger printing was done a few weeks ago but still waiting for EAD/AP.

I would like to have green card in hand by May 2018 since I am planning on quitting my current job next summer and taking up an unpaid position without the need for H1B. Obviously I won't quit until green card is in hand.

Will upgrading I-140 to PP speed up I-485. I have been reading up on this and there is no consensus. Basically I hear upgrading to I-140 pp may or may not speed up I-485.

How do you think the new mandatory interviews is going to impact the processing delay?

Hi All, just wondering if any body received a call yet to schedule interview since it's October is around the corner.

My case received date is 14, 2017 April and i40 already approved on premium and got ead on 6 June From TSC EB3. No word on i485 yet.

I would like to know if anyone got approved for eb2 (advanced degree) based i-485 filed/received around feb 2017 Nebraska service center?

february 21 2017 concurrently filed i-140, i-1485, i-765/131(EAD)
biometrics done march 20+ 2017 (early walk-in)
ead produced/card received around march 29, 2017
started working under ead april 4, 2017
shifted i-140 to premium processing around 1st week july 2017
approved i-140 july 27, 2017
i-485: PENDING (Still "finger print fee was received" since february)

Anyone ?
