I dont know if this is normal but this is what my timeline looks like.
Would appreciate knowing if someone was or is in similar situation.

I applied for Employment based adjustment of status for myself along with my family (wife and 2 kids).
I am on L1-A in EB1 category.

My lawyers filed I-485 / I-140 / I-131 and I-765 all together.

04/11/2016 - Filed (Nebraska processing center)
05/06/2016 - Finger Printing Notice received
05/17/2016 - EAD card ordered for me and my wife (serves as Advanced Parole I-512)
05/24/2016 - Finger Printing Done
05/25/2016 - EAD card received
06/29/2016 - Advanced Parole received for Kids

Since then there is no further progress.
Both I-140 and I-485 are pending.
No RFE received.

Hello All

Need urgent help!

I am an applicant for Green Card and I am currently waiting for my GC (I-485) to be approved. I received my EAD card and my sponsor company does not want me to start with them before I receive my Green Card. Can I work with my EAD for another company and start for my sponsor company after I receive my Green Card? Does it create any problem during my I 485 process? I have offers to start but my lawyer wants me to wait until I got my green card and start with sponsor company.

I am at California and I wan to to stay here until I got my Green Card (offers are in California too ), my sponsor comapny is in East Coast
Thank you

Aren't USCIS supposed to update the processing time information every 15 of the month? Today is the 16th, and no update yet..

Is there anyone here - who filed I485 in July at NSC, didn't get transferred to TSC and has already been approved?

Hey Guys, I feel really dumb. I have raised an e-request for SR on my EAD.
I called them to make check if it was filed correctly or if I could raise it through the phone if need be, but I can't get passed the point where it asks me to enter my receipt numbers. I don't know how to enter the alphabets on the phone and it doesn't accept numbers only. I tried doing something like pressing 7777 for alphabet 'S' but it didn't work.
I can't talk to a person over the phone either. It seems like either receipt number or hang up.
Has anyone had this problem? Any help is really appreciated.
Thank you

Hello everybody,

All NSC filers who transferred to TSC please, please share your timelines.

We can use your information to predict what/ when may happen to the backlog of NSC.

Thank You

Hello, everyone.

I would just like to share the good news with all of you that my and my wife's I-485 application (EB2 row) has been approved this morning. Our PD was 6/2/16. We have been patiently waiting and praying, and waiting and praying. Finally, it's been approved! It's been a long wait considering the unexpected retrogression last year, and the slow moving processing times towards the latter part of this year! To those who are in the EB2 row at NSC, I guess this is a proof that things are moving, albeit slow. Just be patient, and keep the faith! I read from one post just earlier that they already updated the 1-485 processing times to May 2016. I wish you all the best!
