Hello!

May I ask someone to share their recent EB2 Timeline. I recently applied through TSC and wanted to predict when my EAD/AP and greencard would arrive.. Here is my timeline so far:

June 15 2016: Sent Packages I-485, 131 and 765
June 21 2016: Received by USCIS
July 11 2016: Received NOA in the mail

How long do you think would I receive my fingerprint appointment letter and EAD?

Thank you guys!

Hi
Looking for guidance on how long one has to wait to get Greencard (i485) approved. My case was received on May 4th 2016 and I got my EAD/Advanced Parole on June 26th 2016. Biometric was June 16th.
Thanks
H.

Hi Everyone,

I have a question: I submitted EB3 based green card application I 140 and I 485 for my wife and myself and its with NE office.

Date of submission: 02/29/2016
Date of bio metrics: 04/15/2016

Of course, no information updated online or over the phone.

I am looking to get a condo and may run out of time, what is realistic timeline to expect the process to be completed?

after that no response from USCIS till march 2016. approached congressmen of my area.
USCIS responded they are working on my case
on July 6th I-485 got approved for myself and my wife
how long does it take for the GC to arrive. wil they send the GC directly or few more approval needed before it is done.

Good afternoon everyone,

My AOS is employment based, category EB-3 ROW.

Can it be possible receiving a response at the same time of Form I-140 and I-485?

Thank you for your time and help!

Hi Everyone!

Can anyone help me and post their EB2 visa timeline, regular processing? I recently applied through Texas Service Center. My I-140 was approved on June 21st and I am still awaiting for the receipt notices of my I-485, I-131 and I-765.

Also, my attorney applied for my I-140 first. Is it true that you'll get your green card sooner if you apply your I-140 and I-485 concurrently?

Thanks! It is much appreciated! :)

Hello everyone,

Could you please share your experience about this problem:

I came to the US with employment based eb3 green card. When I entered I called the employer, they said because of some problem they are in court and changing their management. They asked me to wait and after 6months They refused to hire me. I didn't work there even 1 day. They sent me a letter that shows the reason for not hiring me was not my fault. Is that acceptable enough for USCIS in the time of the citizenship interview?

Thank you so much
