EB3 Employment Based - I-485 Approval
Hi all, I have been a silent reader in this forum and I think it’s time for me to share my experience. I filed my EB3 employment based petition from NYC and my case was being processed at NSC. Here is my timeline:

PERM: Approved on 9/1/2016 – Priority Date: Current
I-140 Expedited: Filed on 10/15/2016 and approved on 11/4/2016
I-131, I-765, I-485: Filed concurrently on 12/9/2016 and received by USCIS on 12/15/2016
Biometrics Finger Print: Done on 2/6/2017
EAD/AP Combo Card: Received on 3/7/2017
No REF was requested during the process
I-485 Approval: On 7/11/2017, I received an update notice from USCIS indicating that “New Card Is Being Produced”

Finally, the long journey (~10 years) of the GC process has come to the end and my soul can finally rest. The I-485 approval process took about 7 months in my case. I hope all of you will hear from USCIS soon too. Cheers!

EB2 ROW Visa Availability Retrogressed
It seems that visa availability for EB2 ROW has been retrogressed to April 2015, and not current any more. It means visas have been run out for this fiscal year! For EB2 ROW, it happened last year the same time and became current in October. I wish I had applied with EB3!!
Anybody who gets the I-485 approved by end of this month is lucky, otherwise we need to wait until October.

Respond from USCIS. EB2, NSC
Anyone has gotten a reply from USCIS saying:

"U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time."

My RFE is pending since February 2017. And now they finally have responded back to my raised "Service Request", I'm not quite sure what their statement means. Looks like another answer by a template.

Please advice, if you have any similar experience.

Does any of you (Dec, 2016 applicants, Texas Service Center) hear back from USCIS on I-485?
