Greencard approval timeline
Have been a reader not a poster but thought I'd share my timeline

EB3, Nebraska, UK chargeablity

PERM filed - 4/12/16
PERM approved - 7/12/16
I140 filed (non premium) - 8/26/16
I485/765/131 filed - 10/18/16
Biometrics - 11/6/16
EAD approved - 12/27/16
I140 approved - 3/14/17
I485 approved - 7/3/17

I140 and I485 both took around 8 months. Although it took a while both I140 and I485 both got approved earlier than the dates given on the USCIS website which were between 1-2 months out. I485 is currently saying applications before 2nd September - my filing date was Oct 18th

It's a waiting game but to be honest once you have EAD there is nothing left to do but sit it out.
Good luck to all still waiting

EAD and Travel Authorization - TSC
Hi all,

Sharing my timeline (EB2 - TSC):

April 14th: Submitted i-485, i-131, i-765 on EB-2, Peru

May 8th: Biometrics completed

June 29th: i-131 & i-765 approved

The USCIS website case status was not working for any receipt number until today. The i-485 receipt number is still not working.

Hope it helps!

EAD Delays - TSC - Congressman Help
Hello all!

I have been waiting for my EAD 91 days today and still nothing.
SR raised and answered as: “your case needed additional review, your case is in line and will be answered as one as possible”

I’ve emailed my local congressman here in NJ. Waiting for an answer.
My company is waiting for me to start desperately now.

Anybody who filed around April 4th has news from The Texas Center?

Thanks!

Question about Timeline
How accurate are the dates in the site https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

For Nebraska service center, I see 485 process date is September 2, 2016. But in this forum, I see some people got their I-485 approved filing later.
