EB3 I-485 Transfer - Interview
Hello,

I-140 was approved in March at TSC.

Since then I-485 was pending and online status changed to Case transferred to an other office 10 days ago.

And today, I received a letter that says my case was transferred to National Benefits Center and that office will schedule an interview.

Anyone experienced Employment Based GC interview? Please share any experience

I-485, TSC

Just wondering is any of you (December 2016, I-485 filing at TSC) heard back from USCIS on I-485?

I140 Approval Time (Regular Processing)
Hi All,

Here is my timeline:

EB3 (ROW)
Priority Date (10/12/2016)
TSC
I140 received date: 1/12/2017
I485/I765/I131 reveived date: 3/21/2017
Biometric Done: 4/18/2017
nothing after that......so I am anxiously waiting....

Just want to see if any one out here have their I140 approved under regular processing already? Mine was filed on 1/12/2017 with the TSC and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Under their processing table, they should have already worked on January's I140. Anyone out here are in the same boat?

Thanks!

EB3- Submit PERM outside the US
I submitted PERM when I am outside the US ( in my home country) and got it approved. Can I file I-140, I-485 etc when I am inside the US on visitor visa ( after the approved PERM date). Is there anyone who have got the similar experience? what is the chance of success?

EB3 NSC - PRIORITY DATE 6/23/16
Good afternoon all, I need some help here. Does anybody have similar time frame with me? if so what's your status?

EB3, NEBRASKA CENTER

-Priority date: 6/23/2016
-I-765 / I-140 / I-485 filed altogether: 10/26/2016 USCIS received
-Biometrics done in OCT 2016
-I-765 approved: 1/25/2017 (received EAD/AP combo card)
-I-140 approved: 4/29/2017
-I-485: PENDING

After I-140 approved, my lawyer said I-485 could be approved soon but now she is saying that it may takes up to 1 year after I-140 approval. IS THIS TRUE???

Also she said since my I-485 has been pending over 180days we can check status but this doesn't really do anything.

In this case what should I do? any advice for this?
I started PERM filing at the end of OCT 2015

I'm now so worried that I need to wait another whole year which makes me crazy.

Please share your EB3 experience and keep me updated.

Thank you!

Re-entry form i-131 (advanced parol)
My i-485 is pending since July 2016. And now, I need to visit my country before September.

Will it be wise to apply for Advanced Parole (i-131 form)? How long does it usually take to get approved?

Or, is it better just to wait for GC to get approved?

Please advice, or share your similar experience.
