Canada Visa

I sent my passport to NYC visa application center and it got delivered on May 15th. But still i haven't received any acknowledgement and tracking number for my application. I checked with customer service they said they still cant able to find details in their system. Really worried whether the passport delivered properly, but still USPS sites says it was delivered on May 15th.

Does any one know many days it will take to get the tracking number for the passport sent through mail.

What if,we changed the Country after bio-metrics?
For example, i have applied a work visa from USA, gave bio-metrics in USA. Due to any reason, if we move out of USA to birth country, can we submit passport in the birth country, after receiving the passport request letter?

If anyone come across this situation, Please advise.

I recently on May 16 got an update on my application requesting my passport to VAC center in US. I have decided to send it to NYC as I am based in Boston. Along with the passport I have to send the letter and another document mentioned is the cheque/money order. However I am not sure about what is the amount to be put on that?

Can anyone shed light on the whole process? Its really confusing and I would appreciate some help here.

I submitted my application online on May 16, got notification for biometrics the next day. But the VAC offices in Houston are not taking walk-ins and the earliest appt is on June 3. Is there any way to advance the biometrics appt?

My travel date for a biz trip is June 19 and I am afraid things won't get processed in time for me to travel. Please let me know if you have any luck advancing the appt.

I received a letter to submit my biometric for Canada work visa, when I try book the biometric in USA, available dates are after 14 days but I need to submit ASAP, Can you please tell me, Is the prior appointment is mandatory for the biometric? Are they allow walk-in?

I applied for Canada TRV and have given my biometrics at a USCIS ASC in USA. I have got the passport request letter. I am planning to mail my passport to the VAC in Los Angeles. Do I need to pay the 19.90$ fees? The VAC website says :
Fees required for applicants who are not enrolling biometrics;
Fee Required for Package Transmission: USD$19.90

Since I have enrolled and given biometrics, I do not need to pay this fee. Is my understanding correct? I am asking because many in this forum have mentioned paying this 19.90$ fees

My passport was received on 15th May 9 AM according to the UPS tracking and still I have not got any updates from the New York VAC. How long does it take?

I submitted the online application on April 27 from USA and got Confirmation letter at the same day.
Since then, no update at all.

Have few doubts in this, Please clarify

1.In the consent form Do we need to sign the applicants willing to give bio-metrics. I already gave my bio-metrics.Two copies of consent form need to be send right?
2. Hope the cashier check is for $19.90 in favor of "TT services inc"

I submitted the online application on Apr 25, received on Apr 26, biometric letter on Apr 30 and collected and reflected same day.
Since then, no updates at all. Anyone has similar timeline or would share your timeline?
