I paid www.mandktravel.com (based in California) for 4 passengers in April 2004 for air tickets from Nashville,TN to Bangalore,India departing on 30th May 2004 by cashiers check .
He sent an email of itineray with confirmation,this was the only proof of ticket since he said this was e-ticket .
Last minute his agent Manny pulled the string saying that he missed 1 leg of flight which needs a paper ticket. Paul & his company of criminals promised that they would fly us out on next available flight,,days passed into weeks .
With my travel planned , I had to buy new tickets from different agent at higher fare ,called him up asked for refund . Todate he has sent me 2 bad checks returned by the bank for “NSF”.
Since that day I have been running from pillar to post to get my refund :

• Better business bureau he has 28 outstanding complaints against him,looks like he is running a scam.
• Bad check program – District Attorney ,Solano County --- Could not help
• Fairfield police department

to make my story short they stole me and my family $14,000 Dollars on tickets we pay for round tickets from SFO to Manila we make it to manila after a big aptem with him, but coming back from manila tickets were no good, we had to buy tickets again spending $7,000+ on tickets for 8 people including my 2 little girls which they suffer. email me I give you more details
I am suing him, I allredy spend $14,000 I dont mind spending more to see him in jail for a long time.

On Oct 2004 I paid $2506 to Debie by cheque to get two round trip ticket. They haven't issues any ticket and also ther is no refund from them. The are ......, U know ...

After about 8 months I finally got my money back from Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation, a nonprofit organization created to
review claims and administer the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund to
consumers.

I am currently going thru the same pattern I see from other people. I think for now, I lost my money. But the biggest pain is that our family's vacation is almost down the tube.

I've been contacting some law years. I know they are compulsive lier and dont care much about the justice systems. But I'm trying every avenue to close them out. I did send informations to other sources ( including news agencies ) so that this news gets flooded. Often, this kind of people are hard to bring down, but could be brought to proper justice.

Any news agencies or any contacts info you have, please think and send them email or please send the contact infos to me. We can contact those to see what we could do

I paid for my family tickets early sept. They sent me bogus tickets. I asked what is this. THey say it is etickets. I had tickets from them 3 yrs back, so I thought it is okay. Then on 9th dec,2005/ a week before departure, I asked with the airlines (eva airways). They say all the bookings are cancelled since the agent did not buy tickets on time. For a week I've been trying to get alternate route, they are liers, and never came up with tickets.

What is the best way to sue them. I want them out of busines, they are cheating lot of people. I already put it to BBB. Let see how we should knock their scam down once for all.

I'm a recent victim of this crook. I've paid $3811 couple of weeks back for 3 tickets. All I've received was fake E-ticket numbers. Airlines confirmed that there is no such reservation for any of the passengers. These crooks are simply commiting a public crime. Please spread the word and we could do something collectively to stop this fraud. I request all the victims to come forward and we could contact "California Department of Justice's" as a group and submit our complaint.

Note: Please call San Francisco District Attorney's office @ (415) 553-1752 and talk to Consumer Fraud division. They are collecting all the victims information to interrogate this cheat.

NRI in US held for cheating airline customers

WASHINGTON: An Indian American candidate, seeking a council seat in Faifield City Council of Solano County in California, may be spending time in jail if convicted on charges of ripping off airline customers.

On the eve of November 8 elections authorities arrested Paul Randhawa along with his son and wife for allegedly cheating 15 customers between May 2004 and June 2005 of discounted airline tickets to India.

On election day Randhawa received a mere five per cent of the vote or 1652 votes.

According to authorities the Randhawa family which operate the M&K Travels with offices in Fairfield, San Fransisco and San Jose allegedly failed to deliver more than USD 50,000 worth of discounted air tickets to India; and in two instances clients received refund cheques that bounced.

Randhawa, his wife and son face a total of 31 counts of conspiracy and grand theft, they said.

According to the District Attorney's Office, Paul Randhawa, if convicted, could face 13 years and 4 months in a state prison along with a fine of USD 375,000.

the man is a big bogus. don"t believe him. he overcharged me by 14000 bucks and has no care for his customers. once u give him the money he will never come to give ur ticket and has the permanent excuse that his dad is admitted in hospital. on recieving money he will just stop talking to u. i hope govt takes some action against these bogus people

It cost me more than $800 because of their negligence.

Never buy tickets from AP Travels. They are rude and have no concern for the passengers. They over charged me.
