I-140

Anybody in the group filed I-140 for EB2-NIW through Texas service Center in November 2019 and received the decision? I have filed my application on 19th November and still waiting. Please let me know. Thanks in Advance

Anybody filed I-140 for EB2-NIW through Texas service Center in November 2019 and received the decision?
through USCIS processing time, Texas service center says it would take 4-6 months for I-140 to be finalized.

I have the following scenario.

• My current visa has validity till 25th April, My company was planning to apply for Visa in Premium processing but due to the current situation, the PP is suspended for all I140 petitions.
o What are the pros and cons of staying on the receipt number if my company applies extension on regular processing?
o If I stay in the US on receipt number, will it count as lawful overstay after 25th April?
o If it’s overstaying, would it create a problem in the future if I apply in other Visa categories
o If the decision will be not in my favor, will it count the entire duration from 25th April as overstaying?

I have Perm filed 365 days before H1B expiration and was approved recently.
I will file I-140 this year but my h1b will be expire in Jan 2021. Now PP is suspended by USCIS so I would assume that getting I-140 approval before Jan 2021 is with low possibility.

Assuming I got 7th year extension for 1 year with the pending 1-140 and the I-140 was finally approved in the 7th year, for the next extension starting in the 8th year, will it still be a one-year extension or it could be a 3-year extension?

I recieved RFE on my EB1A.

The RFE is about
1. evidence of the beneficiary's reciept of lesser nationally or internationally recognized prizes
2. Documentation of the beneficiary's membership in associations in the field for which classification is sought.

The officer said I met 2 criteria which are a. judge of the work of others and evidence of the beneficiary's authorship of scholarly articles in the field.

Kindly assist me on how to respond to this RFE
Any advice will be appreciated.

Can anyone share the experience or clarify if it is possible to fill the I-140 with a Premium Process for the EB1-C category (Multinational Managers or Executives)?

Also, I've filled mine without the Premium Process back in August 2019 in Texas Service Center. It's still indicated as "Case Was Received". How long is it typically taking for the I-140 to be approved in Texas?

i-140 approved with EB1-C category during PD - 02/01/2019. Any idea when i-485 will be current for PD-case during 02/2019.
