6/7/2018 - Online status changed to Interview Was Scheduled
7/12/2018 -Interview for spouse ('Decision cannot be made')

Unfortunately my status hasn't updated since 6/7 and its now been 90 days since the interview.

Anyone having the same experience where spouse got oath ceremony and you are still waiting or vice versa.

Oath Wait Time Frame
How long do you usually have to wait when they say: We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt Number?

Interview 9/11/2018 been exactly a month today 10/11/2018
SAme day got approved. FYI I had a middle name change so I guess that's why it is taking 4ever.
Same day Status changed to oath ceremony will be scheduled. Final Step.

10/3/2018 I went to an InfoPass and got information that they have been busy and will get it soon. I asked how soon? They said anytime from Now and November 13th.

Called USCIS on 10/9/2018 and waited app 20mins, I asked abt my case and they said I am in line for oath ceremony and that my IO recommended that they schedule me. I explained to them that I have to travel in Dec and needed my notice. They said to wait for 2 weeks and If i do not get it by the end of Oct 2018, I should call back that they will expedite it. I was so glad I called AGAIN bc THE 1ST time I called they were just not helpFUL AT ALL.

Recommended for approval!!!!!
Wow I can't even begin to express how grateful/ thankful I'm with this country....

My Office is Kendall/Miami..
PD 09/29/2017
Finger Prints 10/25/2017
In line for interview 8/10/18
Interview has been scheduled 09/04/2018
Interview date 10/09....

I had my interview appt today, arrived 25 mins before and had to wait for about an hour,
Interview officer was absolutely polite and professional... after I was sworn in he began by
Having me read a sentence and then he had me write down " we celebrate Columbu's Day in October"
Then he asked me the 6 questions to get that out of the way..
Question #1 how many senators do we have?
#2 if the president and Vice President can't no longer serve how would do so?
#3 every how many years do we elect senators?
#4 how many justices do we have?
The other two I can't remember, after that he briefly reviewed my application, asked me the No and Yes questions..
And then he had me sing my application and said congratulations you have been recommended for approval! Your oath ceremony letter will arrive in the mail shortly, probably before the end of the month!

I was extremely nervous, I couldn't even sleep last night thinking of today!!
God is good and I want to glorify his name...

Im sharing my experience to hopefully give some hope to people who are still waiting,
The time will come!!!! Thanks to all of you as well for sharing your journeys as they have help me
Keep up in the times I was desperately waiting...

May God bless you all and guide you in this process!

Hi there, just got the interview scheduled for Nov 5

It’s really strange because I applied 4 April 2018! It came as a surprised as I didn’t expect the interview date before the end of the year. So I’m happy
And nervous at the same time. Hope everything goes well.

Wish everyone luck!
