Conditional Green Card Holder airport entry
Hi, I am currenrly holding conditional Green Cars through Marriage and I filed Removal of Conditional Status and I have 48 months extension letter. I am currently visiting Korea to see my family with my wife and kid for 10 days and I am heading back to America on Wednesday. I have been reading some green card holder was not able to enter the US during immigration entry interview. I do not have any criminal history or other thing that will be issue for me but I saw people were not able to enter US. Is this something that I need to worry about? Or is it very rare occasion?

N-400/I-751 Combo Interview
Hello everyone,

I thank God that my journey might finally be over. Here is my timeline for the San Bernardino Field Office/California Service Center (WAC).

10/2022: I-751 fingerprints taken
5/2023: N-400 received
5/2023: N-400 being actively reviewed
9/2023: N-400/I-751 combo interview scheduled
10/2023: I attended combo interview with my wife and my daughter. The Immigration Services Officer could not make a decision. I passed the civics test.
10/25/2023: I-751 transferred to another field office (NBC)
10/26/2023: NBC has jurisdiction over I-751
11/2023: I/751 approved
11/2023: N-400 recommended for approval and case submitted for quality review.
11/2023: I was placed in line for oath ceremony.
11/2023: Oath ceremony was scheduled for the end of this month.

Until I receive my naturalization certificate, my dream of one day becoming a US citizen will not have come true. Thank you for all your support! This forum has helped me cope with my immigration journey in light of all the uncertainty and sleepless nights. It has taken me over 22 years to finally be this close to the finish line. Although it’s not easy, the tide will always turn in your favor, even if it takes years. You got this!

AFTER 1453 DAYS, finally got I751 approval and waiting to be scheduled for N400 interview.
I got my conditional green card in January 11 2018 and applied for the removal of condition in October 14 2019, I submitted necessary documents/evidences but USCIS still send RFE on November 2020 and I was called for interview on October 2021. I didn't get any news from USCIS and decided to file for naturalization this year June. I was scheduled for N400 interview on August 6 but I went there without my wife, the IO sent me back and rescheduled me for October 3 .I went with my wife and I was asked to sit outside while my wife was taking in for interview, after 25mins, my wife was brought out and I went in...I was asked same questions as my wife and the IO told me that my response tallied with my wife's response..The IO told me that he won't conduct N400 interview for me that day but he will approve my I751 and my N400 will be reschedule. Yesterday October 5, I got email that stated that "INTERVIEW CANCELLED AND NOTICE ORDERED ", this disturbed me through yesterday but this evening I got another mail that stated "CASE WAS APPROVED "...I really appreciate God for His mercy...

I 751 PENDING AND NOW FILLING FOR DIVORCE
Hellos guys, I am new in this forum and I would like to share my experience with you all, I would love to read your thoughts and opinions, tips etc. I got married on October 2019, after almost 4 years of marriage we are getting divorce because my wife cheated on me, I'm going to file for a divorce waiver after divorce is done. I filled for the removal of conditions on February of this year and I submitted the following evidence, please let me know what you think about it and if you consider it sufficient:

- Apartment lease agreement from 2020 to 2023 showing me as primary tenant and my wife as occupant.
- Renters insurance policy with me as primary policy holder and my wife as secondary policy holder.
- Utility bills as: Internet, energy.
- Joint auto insurance policy.
- Joint income tax from 2019 to 2022.
- Evidence of USPS mail showing both names.
- Copy of driver's license showing same address for both.
- Photographic evidence with pictures with my family mostly, both eating in restaurants, hanging out, gifts (we don't have pics with her family because they all live abroad).
- Five sworn affidavits from friends attesting our marriage.
- Joint bank statements, now for this one I feel unsure because I used to pay for everything at home and I always used my main account and credit cards so in this account there are not many transactions but we still have this bank account together, I don't know if having just a few transactions would be something bad.

These are the proofs I sent alongside the application, please let me know what you think my chances are of winning this, I honestly have suffered a lot, I got depression since she left me for someone else plus in the marriage she was always abusive towards me.
