Hello All my suffering brothers,

I have a purchased a flat in phase 3 and as is mentioned in all the postings, it has been an harrowing experience with Aditya to say the least. My flat was in pathetic condition and we had to visit 1000's of times to get the matter rectified. The excessive money demand and the care 4 F attitude of the staff is highly annoying. I am in a mood to pick up a fight and ensuring stuff happens well for all of us.

Seriously what cheap fitting, horrible finishing and leakage in a new building? what the heck is going on......

One option is a legal action against this crappy builder. I need your help in getting a case built against him could you please mail me your experiences on my ID

and lets at least give something back to him.

I m not at all happy with the services provided by State Bank of India. They are not polite enough & also take a lot of your precvious time even if all the documents are provided on time.

I purchased Tata Indicom USB recently. The operates absolutely slowly, they have something called as Speed + software but not very effective.

Though they extend very good service, they must do something for thei broadband connectivity. Facing immense problem due to this.

I had a very bad experience with my stay in NJ.
I was living in 302 N 2nd Street in Harrison,NJ for 2 nearly years.It was a very old apartment and I gave the apartment back in a better condition.But the landlord refuses to pay the security deposit.If you want to loose your secirity deposit for no reason then please move to 302 N 2nd street Harrison,NJ

I'm amazed at the number of frusted people who have had any interaction with Aditya builders.
I was planning to buy a flat with them, but I came across this site.
Since there was some positive comments about the builder, I was confused if to proceed with the booking.
I then went to their older projects and spoke to few at random. All of them expressed major issues related to payment and work quality.
I must admit it was tough to find anyone to speak to at the Aditya Shagun Mall, as hardly 5% shops were occuppied after 2 years of completion!!
Also, the problems do not end once you get possession. The maintenance charges are the highest in Pune, so you have to pay 3 rupees per sq. ft whereas most other places is not more than 10 with better amentities.
Anyways, needless to say, I did not book. :)!
I sincerely hope recession puts builders like these out of business...

Aditya Builder is a cheater. It is almost two years now and I stii haven't got the possession of flat. Costruction quality is very bad. Sales Manager is lier. She lie very confidently. Please don't go on exterior. They have heavy maintaince charges. Service is poor. Greedy for money. Builder is very selfish and he never meets you. please speak with residents of Aditya before buying flat. Please don't loose your valuable money in this global meltdown.
My god give Aditya Builder and his staffworst kind of death for fooling people.

When we enter garden city before that we can see a hording,"What you see is what you get"
Now see the truth behind this in agreement Page No 25, Para No 48.The para says,It is hereby made clear that furniture, layout, colour scheme, specifications, amenities and facilities, elevetion treatment, garden, lawns, etc shown in the pamphlets, brochures, literature, film, hoardings, website and other promotional media are shown only for advertisement and the same are not agreed to be provided by the promoter unless specifically mentioned and agreed in this agrrement. Please contribute your feelings and forward this message to as many as you can.

All,

Aditya builders charge more and are hidden cost. They charge you late payment fees at 24% that too if you delay one installment by 15 days. Also in the form of internal changes they charge you heavily. They charge maintanance @ 2500 RS monthy. Height is that they want these charges to be paid in cash. These also needs to be paid at sales office and not at head office. It really smells fishy. People at sales office eat all your money. Are these expected from the so called reputed builder aditya? Please beware. Do no buy flats from aditya builders. Because we all are facing lot of problems that too mostly quality of the flats.

Yes this builder is the most bad person ever in this good world. He should get death just like the ones shown in the film aparachit. He should get the worst death till now in the history. Also God will punish him like anything in the so called narak.
