N-400 with Pending I-751 Approved on the spot at Baltimore Field Office.
I submitted N-400 online in September 2023 and qualified under the three-year rule. I received the interview letter on December 11th 2023, scheduling me for an interview on January 17th 2024.

As usual, the interview letter did not mention bringing my spouse, and I didn't receive any communication from USCIS regarding a Combo interview despite the pending I-751.

Fortunately, insights from this forum emphasized appearing with my spouse in such cases.

The officer called my first and last name. I mentioned my wife was in the lobby, but she wasn’t interested. I made sure I echoed it.

During the interview, which commenced approximately 45 minutes after our arrival, the officer maintained a quiet and polite demeanor. The process began with the oath, affirming my commitment to truthfulness, followed by civil questions, as well as writing and reading exercises. Remarkably, the entire interview concluded in less than 15 minutes.

Although I had settled my federal tax obligation just a week before the interview, the officer inquired about it. Confidently stating that I no longer owed federal taxes, the officer approved my case and scheduled an oath ceremony three days later.

On the same day, I received a puzzling notification for my I-751, indicating that my “appeal/motion was dismissed and my case remained denied”. Recognizing this as a glitch, I remained composed, considering the N-400 status indicating it was in line for oath scheduling, and the N-445 oath notice issued by the officer. True to my intuition, the I-751 status changed to approved within 24 hours.

I took my oath and was issued certificate of naturalization.

Lesson Learned: With a pending I-751, it is important/compulsory to go with your spouse and pay your federal taxes if you owe.

All the best.

In short, my interview was 5-6 minutes, I arrived on time I was called 10 minutes past my scheduled time, the IO was very polite.
Oath to tell the truth, I had with me every document I could think he may ask for, the IO asked for my GC and passport only, civic test, writing test, review of the N400,
question about my travels, I told him about a ticket that I forgot I had and did not mention on the N400 form, he took note of it, and he printed a page with a recommendation for naturalization.

Best of luck to all of you

N-400 case approved
I spoke my about my interview about 3 weeks ago. So fast forward the interview was done today and I happy to share that my case is approved and the naturalisation ceremony is in 2 weeks.
My interview was scheduled at 12:45pm in Albany NY.
We entered the building at 12:10pm and we were checked in.
I went with my wife because of I-751 was pending.
The interviewer only called me inside without my wife. The I-751 was approved within the first minutes and we went through the n-400. Everything took just about 15minutes.
The officer was highly professional and very polite. He approved my case and gave me a form to appear for the citizen ceremony in 2 weeks.

Good luck to everyone still waiting. May God make your a successful journey. 🙏🙏🙏🙏.

Massachusetts Filer
Is there anyone here who has been waiting for an interview regarding N400 for more than 12 months in Massachusetts? My I-751 has been pending since July 2021, and N400 was filed in December 2022. The status has been "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS" since the day of filing. Is there anyone else in the same boat?
