My file was received on july 6, 2021. finger print was reused and I received my 2 extension receipt. My extension receipt has texas address so I was wondering if that is where my file is. Thank you,

I have one question,
can I move to new employer after 6 months of employer base green card? (being with the same employer since my H1B - 4 years)
I received my EB3 GC June 2021 and now is already being 6 months, can I move to new employer now?
If yes, is that going to affect any red flag on my future citizenship application in 5 years time or my GC renewal in 10 years time?

anyone recently travelled on i-751 receipt? Please share your experience. i am planning to travel to india in feb with expired green card and valid i-751 reciept. i want to make sure i wont have any problems while coming back.

I attempted going on vacation with my wife to Mexico and the airline would not let me board. They claimed Mexico is about the only country that will not honor the Extension letter we were given. Has anyone else experienced this ?

I applied on 10/13, received text notification on 18 with receipt number. I can check the case status, said notice sent on 10/18. USPS misplace or delivered in wrong address, they never deliver notice. Today 11/18 i e request via using tools. How long does it takes to hear back from USCIS. I was tired contacting uscis, they never let me talk to representative. I need idea folks, my DL is expiring on 31 dec. My employers is asking extension letter. T

I'm kinda in panic now because I dropped my I-751 package on 11/12 in ups, and my 90 day window opens is 11/13. However, the package is delivered and signed by one of the USCIS Phoenix officer on 11/15. Will they reject me?

Back in March 2020 I filed my I-751 with a waiver due to the fact that my husband and I separated. I submitted all my documents and received a notice 2 weeks later for my 18 month extension.
I received an email notification in August 2021 that an RFE was sent to me but I never received it. I filed online twice to let uscis know but I got no response. Each time I called, I was told that I would have to write a written letter to The Nebraska service center with any questions I had because they couldn’t be answered on the phone- even when I asked where the RFE was mailed to or what it was about.
Due to covid, we just finalized our divorce in October 2021.
Since my extension expired, I was able to get an Infopass appointment to get my I-551 stamp and also ask about my case. The officer I saw in the field office literally told me she doesn’t know why, but she cannot locate the RFE on my case or any information to give me and advised that I put in a request through the FOIA (freedom of information act) portal and that might be the only way to get the RFE. Luckily, my passport was stamped with the I-551. I also mailed over my final divorce decree and another request to receive my RFE.

Has anyone else been in this boat? I’m scared that I May be in denial proceedings and I don’t know because I cannot get any information.
