H1B, H4 Visa

 my interview was on 11/07. F1>h1
VO asked me some basic questions like -
Do you have endclient, how long you are working with this client?, you started working with this client on opt or h1? Your visa was denied once is that correct( my f1 got denied once in 2015) ?, did you study in US and where?.
told me that 2-3 days of verification needed. Took my passport, Didn’t give any slip. Last updated 15th and its still admin processing. Anyone in same situation ?

I had an H1-B Visa interview on Nov-15-2019, VO asked a few basic questions, Role/Employer/salary/work location /Fulltime or contract.

post-interview, VO took my passport and I did receive white slip.VO said my case should go through the Administrative process.( this slip was comparatively very small and there was no checkbox/information provided) I compared with regular white slips which will generally contain the whole list of options with checkboxes.

Should I consider this as a white slip? please suggest.

Has anyone recently booked visa stamping appointment at Mumbai location[in last week]. I have raised request to my employer to book visa appointment at Mumbai on 11th Nov and dates available on that date was from 12 Dec to 31 Dec.

On 15th Nov, my employer is saying that dates are moved now from 3rd Feb to 25 Feb 2020. But i am First Available date in Dec many times when I logged in with personal profile.

1. Can someone check and confirm in reschedule page if they are able to see dates available in Nov or Dec?

2. Any chance of getting slots in Dec or Jan/slots will be freed up in Dec or Jan again?

***This appointment is for my wife and 5 months old baby. I don't want them to travel to Chennai because of my baby***

I attended an interview in Calgary(Canada) on 7th Nov. VO kept my passport and said we need to further your application and gave a yellow 221g slip nothing ticked on it but retained the passport. She said I will get the passport back after one week. I didn't get any update till now. Can I request my passport from the US consulate in an emergency? if yes what is the procedure

I went for H1B stamping interview on 11/14/2019 and CO gave me 221g white slip and told me that my case should go for administrative processing. she didn't asked for any documents. i confirmed with her again asking should i submit any documents she told no need. How long this administrative processing will take? i am little bit tensed don't know how long this process takes. can someone help me sharing their experiences?

Oct 1st : Fingerprint
Oct 3rd : Visa Interview.
Received 221g white slip, VO told need time to review my H1-B petition and need 2 weeks of time.
Case updated on the site https://ceac.state.gov/ Administrative Processing.
Oct 15th : Last Updated Date is changed from Oct 3rd to Oct 15th.
Oct 30th : Received an email to come to Interview again on Nov 1st.
Nov 1st: There was an interview with a Federal Officer, and he said you are here because you were just shortlisted to check if your visa if Fraud or Valid. I said ok.
->Office Question to me like:
i. Who is your employer
ii. Client..?
iii. Salary...?
iv. Current Location..?
v. Previous Employer (I changed my employer).
vi. Ddi the employer pay for H1-B or you paid..?????
vii. Did you pay or did your employer asked you money for you to work with the current client..???
viii. All my pay stubs.
ix. Masters - University,Location,Address, When..?
x. Took my all documents.
xi. waited for long time and finally called and informed you can go for the day we will update.

Came Back home, No update on the site. Still says Oct 15th last updated date.

Nov 14th: Last Updated Date Changes to Nov14th.
Nov 15th: Issued.
Still waiting on the email or message to say "ready for pickup".

Total time was one and half month..!

My spouse had H4 Visa interview on HYD on Oct18 and it is still showing Administrative Processing as of today and it almost a month. I just postponed air tickets. There is nothing I am getting additional update from USTraveldcs.com except VO will contact via email if anything needed.

- Does anyone has similar issue
- does anyone please share how email looks like if they ask for additional information

Attorney applied that both waiver forms for my overstay on h4 visa...

Anybody have an idea about the processing time for that forms..

Attended the interview on 6th November. The interview went well. but it seems, it already pre-decided that i would get the white slip with no documents required. i work as FTE in TOP 5 MNC. The visa officer was more focused on the work location which somehow was not present in the employment verification letter. More than a week, no updates yet. I am even not sure the visa officer understood if this was not a new H1B and more of extension based on i140. Please share your experience.

Attended Visa interview on 11/05 Hyderabad consulate. VO asked basic questions and given white slip saying we need to complete back ground verification before approving your Visa.

Any one have same experience? And How many days it will take to approve my Visa? Please comment.
