Delaying Naturalization Oath Ceremony
I have a tentative plan to visit India multiple times in the next six months so want to delay Naturalization Oath Ceremony for six months. Can someone suggest a way or format to respond to my Oath Ceremony? Is it required to attend any travel itinerary or sharing tentative dates will also work in this case?

Please share any suggestions on how I should proceed on this matter.

Looking for suggestions-combo Interview
Looking for suggestions

Hi all,

My interview was scheduled September 13th, it is 3 years rule and my I-751 is still pending so for sure it is going to be combo interview. now my question is related to 2022 federal joint taxes we made a mistake so we had to file amendment we sent paper filing and it was delivered April 18th but no updates from them since they take 16 weeks to process amendments, I finally called them after 16 weeks initially one representative told me that they never received a file and I called them again then other representative told me to wait at least 20 weeks so not sure what to do should I pay amount what I owe even though it was not processed yet? how do I answer this and how should it effect in interview? I just have usps archived tracking history that was delivered on April 18th.

Note: state taxes are filed and approved.

Looking for suggestions, thanks in advance.

Oath to be scheduled a month
Hi
I have done my interview in USCIS Long Island Holtsville NY, on June20th and got the approval on the spot. Since the same day the status says your oath Ceremony will be scheduled and it’s almost a month. Anyone has same experience ? Should I be worried ?

N400 Interview Schedule BUT I-751 shows "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken"
Hi, Please if anyone has a knowledge about below experience, any feedback would be high appreciated.

I have filed N-400 (marriage based) and my I-751 (Petition to remove condition) is pending past almost 2 years.

Now last week, I got the email/letter stating that my N-400 Interview is scheduled in next month. When I logged in to the USCIS portal, I see that N-400 interview is scheduled, HOWEVER my I-751 shows "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken".

So I don't believe this is a combo interview, and the interview is just scheduled for N-400.

Question is: Will I get approved based on N-400 ? Or I will have to wait for other interview as well for I-751 to be scheduled ?

N-400 Interview Canceled
Hello, To All. I have a question regarding N-400 petition. Few months before I filed my naturalization petition. Last month they schedule my interview. But couple of days before they canceled my interview.
Can anyone explain, what could be a reason to cancel the interview?
Once they cancel the interview then in how many days/weeks or months they could reschedule interview?
I’m from New York City.
I hope I will get response. Thanks to all

N400 interview Decision cannot be made
Hello Guys,

So I had my N400 combo interview last week August 2. I went with my spouse cos I have a pending i751. We went through the security check point and wen I got called in by the interviewing officer, she asked if this was my spouse, I said yes, she told him to wait for me at the reception while I went in with her.

So in short I was interviewed alone, immediately I got into her office, I was happy wen I saw my i751 file right in front of her. So she went tru the civic questions, and told me I passed and said she can’t make a decision because she needs to look through my i751 file. I asked wen I should be expecting a decision she said i should give it a week or 2 weeks or maybe a month and in 120 days I can go to court.

The wait is rather frustrating! Is there anyone else waiting for a decision after n400 interview? My field office is in Santa Ana

What evidence should be submitted for citizenship based on 5yr rule
As the title states, to those who have completed the n400 online based on the 5-year rule, what evidence did you submit? I'm divorced from my spouse, I submitted the required documents but there is a section for additional evidence. Can you please share what additional evidence/documents you submitted with your application?
