H1B, H4 Visa

Hi everyone please help me for my h1b interview waiver eligibility.

my last stamping is after 2008 means my stamping on sept 2019.

my visa stamp expired on sept 2013 after that i never went india.

now i have planing to go india in January. my recent i797 approve on oct 2018.

when i trying to feel form for interview they say i m a eligible for interview program.

please help me some one who face this situation.

My daughter H4 extension status got changed to ‘Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It’. I checked the status of mine(H1B) and my spouse(H4) in online regularly and we came to know our daughter status after our petition got denied.

My daughter’s case Message is ‘The Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-539, Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status, because they could not deliver it. This could have a serious effect on your case. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice immediately’.

 I e-requested the notice through the online after my case was denied, but USCIS replied that they will only consider the request 30 days from the status changed.

My H1B and My spouse H4 status got changes to denied on Sep 1st, 2019, but still my daughter case is displaying the same message.

we are going to apply again from India. Will this affect mine or my daughter next extension? And what I have to do next?

Oct 31st Thursday 10AM:
Passport Status : Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery

12PM: Received email stating passport is ready for pickup

Vo : Asked about My Employer . Asked about how they got know about you
Me: said that they did had an interview before hiring me

Vo: asked about my masters
Me ; said

VO: Enquire about my employer (mine is an EVC model so he wanted to know about my employer )
ME: Asked about how many employees work with my employer

VO:Asked about my client , asked about the project which I’m working on .
Me:Said

Typed a lot , didn’t even ask my I-797 . Returned by passport with a white slip (ticked on the 2nd box , said that I don’t need not to provide any docs right now .)

Anyone with the same situation . Also I figured that there’s a WhatsApp group for 221g’s .
Does anyone have any info .

My passport pickup location is Hyderabad.

Do they allow mobile phones inside?
What all documents are required for a passport collection? (I know stamped DS-160, Appointment confirmation letter, Any Govt Issued Identity(Aadhar card))
I have 3 yrs kid. He will come with me and we have his Birth certificate. Do we need anything else?

Hi All,

I have been in L1B from 2016 till June 2019 and this year my employer applied for H1B transfer, it got picked in lottery and i just got my petition approved as well.

In total i have spent about 3.5 years in L1B and I will be using another 2.5 years in H1B.

I have moved to back to India by June’2019 due to family emergency, suppose if I happened to spend one year full cycle in offshore whether my H1B period will reset to full 6 years? Any of you have input on this?

I am working with midsize US company as FTE for last 8 1/2 year and my last visa stamp on my password is with same company.

My H1B amendment petition got approved for my promoted role on 4th Oct and I got my approval papers in hand next week.

I attended the H1-B interview on 16th Oct at Delhi consulate. VO just asked simple questions

-->Purpose of Visit
--> Current Salary
-->Number of year in US

She asked for my I-797 and I handed over my amendment approval I797 to her. after looking at her screen for some time she said that she is not able to find the approved petition in her system and told me that this is technical issue at their side and should not take long before I get my passport back with stamped visa.

I mentioned that I have return flight on 30th Oct then she said that you should get back your passport back before Diwali or just after Diwali and should be able to catch my return flight as application is fine and this is the issue at their side. She kept my Passport and original I-797 and did not give me any slip or any other document.

Since then the CEAC website status is showing as admin processing and the last update date was updated once on 22nd Oct and their is no update after that. I missed my flight today.

Anybody else is in same boat?
