I had my first interview in dec last week.
The VO wasnt satisfied with my client and asked for proj details and end client contact.

The second time i went with an inghouse product description and timelines etc. etc.

The VO was happy with the documents and issued me the visa.

Hey one more important info ... getting a visa in chennai has bcome quite easy now ... not any scrutinization of the details provided ...
but please be very careful in case you are going with the client documents. Make sure the offer from the end client is genuine .. they'll directly contact the HR or the attorney of the company.

hi, i am puneeth.i got rejected thrice for UK student visa. the only thing what i did as submitting a urban bank statement of my sponsorer.i even got a loan from canara bank. when i applied for second time they dint even bother to call to bank to know whether it is genuine or not. they jus gave me a rejection stating probabilities of funds though i have got a very huge amount of genuine funds.can i now apply for UK visa again... can anybody help me in this... i got IELTS of 7.and got BHMCT degree and i m a fresher. if anybody can help me then i would be really thankful.

I got 221g from my client i have all the document required by him.
The 221 g says provide detail description of the project .
Please some one provide me sample project or template of the project description

I appeared in Delhi consulate in November,05 and the visa officer gave me yellow letter for 221g "Additional administrative processing". I send an e_mail to the visa section in April'06 and they replied that my case is still under processing. I Know few applicants who got H1-B Visa within 1-2 months after this kind of processing while I am waiting for more than last 5 months. Is there anybody who is waiting for such a long period ? or if you have any usefull information for me in this regard kindly contact me on "[email protected]"

Hi All,
           I got 221(g) in february asking for the end client letter. Now my employer sending me the new client letter with the client project, as the project is over with the first client due to my stamping delay. is there any probs in new client letter. If i go with these docs will Consulate officer make probs? or due to my delay in appearing for second interview will lead to any prob? Please send me the reply as soon as possible. This is Urgent.please help me.

i have appeared for H1b interview at chennai consulate on 22nd march.i was given 221g asking for client details. VO has kept my Passport and DS-156&DS-157 forms with him. next time when i for interview will they allow me to appear for interview wit out passport?

has anybody had encountered/heard this kind of situaton.please advise me........

Thanks for posting a visa experience.I attend my H1 interview at 24th march.and Vo issued me 221(g)and said that it requires additional processing.it requires 2 to 3 weeks.right now 4 weeks allready passed.
 If anybody have same experience then plz help me.how will they contact to me?there is any time limit for thisprocessing? exactly what are they doing for administration processing?

       First of all, let me thank all who posted their experience in the useful website. I was given 221(g) for end client letter on Mar'23, 06. I went again to consulate on Apr'19, 06 with the end client letter and got my Visa Stamped. ATB for the future applicants.

We attend the H1B visa interview on 17th April 2006. VO asked few questions like .....
VO: are you going to the same company again?
Me: This is different company( I was in USA on H1B for 2 and half years from 2000 to 2003 after that I came back to india and I am working here)
VO: what is your Education?
Me: MCA
VO: give me the MCA Certificate?
Me: I gave the MCA Certificate, he checked something on the ne and given back to me.
VO: Inhouse Project or Clint project?
Me: Client Project
VO: do you have Client offer letter?
Me: I have given Client offer letter
VO: do you have project description?
Me: Given Project description( just 2 pages)
VO: do you have Itinerary?
Me No
VO: Issued 221 g with the following reasons

1. Interior and exterior photos(15)of the premises where the H/L worker will be deployed.

2. A detailed and specific description of the development project to which the beneficiary will be assigned. Include a complete technical description of the project, timeline, current status, no of employees assigned to it, location of the worksite, and a marketing analysis for the final product.

3. A complete itinerary of services or engagements specifying the dates of each service or engagement, the name and address of agent, the names and addresses of the actual employers and the names and addresses of the establishment, venues, or locations where the services will be performed.

If anyone got the same Query Kindly help me with what solution you gave them.

I have few more questions, if anyone knows please help me.

If anyone have marketing analysis format please mail me.

How many pages the project description should be of?

If anyone have the itinerary of services format please help me
