100 plus days - No decision- EB3 ROW
Hello family,
We had our interview on Oct 24 2019. Had a standard interview and IO told we will receive decision in 2 weeks. Its 100 plus days and i have got under review response when inquiring via call, senator, congressman and senator.
I was on F1 OPT extension while my AOS was filed. My OPT extension ended after six months of AOS filing and i started using my GC EAD to work. Could this be why it is taking longer? Anyone in similar situations or have any thought/ feedback
