Hi,

First of all i would like to thanks Immihelp, this site helped me a lot in preparing for my interview.

I did not have much hopes since my total experience is just 2+ years but surprisingly my interview has been quite nice & quick.

Interview as it happened:

Me: Good Morning Mam!

VO: Good Morning! (then i slipped in my documents)

Then she opened my DS 160 on her computer and checked all the documents.

VO: How long have you been working with Hewlett packard?

Me: It's been 2 years and 10 months.

VO: why are you travelling to US?

Me: told about my application and business needs, etc in 2 lines

VO: What this application does?

Me: gave answer in 2 lines.

VO: It is a real world application? (smiling)

Me: Yes mam, it is (Smiling)

VO: In US, you will be working for HP or client?

Me: I will be working with HP.

VO: How long you will be in US?

Me: As of now, plan is for 6 months.

After this She turned to my wife and asked
VO: how long have you been married, mam?

Wife: it's been 9 months. (VO gave a smile)

and then i could she her already stamping my I-129 copies
VO: Your visa is approved. Have a great day ahead!

Me: thank you mam! you too have a good day.

VO: Bye

Me: bye!

According to my experience, I could make out that it's only one question which makes difference "What is your specialization??". how you deliver this answer will decide whether you get visa.

other things might not matter to a larger extent.

so prepare well on you specialization. best of luck to all of you!
