2nd application(k1 visa) after unsuccessful tourist visa application
Hi everyone!

I am the beneficiary of a US citizen for K1 visa. Our relationship started last March 2012,but at this time he has on going k1 application from his previous relationship, then he sent cancellation of his petition and he received july 2,2012
"On July 2, 2012, we returned the I-129F visa petition to the approving U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS0 office in Laguna Niguel, California through our National Visa Center, for appropriate disposition.

When USCIS is in receipt of the petition, future inquiries should be directed to the USCIS National Customer Service Center (NCSC) toll-free at 1-800-375-5283.

I tried to apply for tourist visa to visit him and meet his family but unfortunately I got denied, this is was last June 2012.
My questions are:
(1)are this things causes delay to our k1 visa application?
(2)our relationship is real and well loved each other, but is this late cancelation of his previous k1 application will have an adverse effect to our relationship while it was started at the time of process?
(3)I'm a K1 september2012 filer at CSC.Let say I'm still in the normal parameters of waiting for NOA2,but why other who is beyond to our date of application get approved and the fact that we're in same service center and country?this thing makes me wonder why?

Thank you in advance and i hope to hear from you guys,I'm really need help and I'm worried now about my case.
