Any experience of sumbitting 693 after 2 months of signing by doc when done after filing AOS
I am having very hard time to convience my attorney about the validity of the 693. I went for my medicals after 4 months of AOS filing and Doctor signed it a month ago. He insist that if we don't send it to USCIS with in two months it will be invalid but I have seen a lot of posts and even asked the customer support of USCIS and USCIS customer support told me that it will be valid for 2 years since the medicals were done after AOS was filed. Please let me know if any one has submitted the medicals after AOS was done and it was submitted after 2 months of the signed date. Submitted means take with you at the time of interview or sent as RFE to USICS.
