Can my wife have interview without me?
Hello everyone. I wish you all stay safe and healthy.
There are some quick changes in my case. I noticed that my attorney send me a message that they received my wife's interview notice. I did not have any update in any account with USCIS and did not receive a notice mail.
Can she have an interview without me? What happened to me, I was waiting for an additional background check but there is no update since 11/2019.
Also, I have another important question. The attorney suggested to not take I-864 with her. This form was required in the interview notice sent to the lawyer. He is claiming that our paystub and tax returns are enough. Do I need to have it or not?
If you have any idea about my interview or about this application (public charge), please let me know.
