I have filed my documents i-140, i-485, i-765 & i-131 on EB-1
Apr 06 2017:
I have received receipt notice for the above documents.
Questions:
1. How long does it take for biometrics appointment approximately ?
2. We have valid h1/h4 till Jun 2018. We need to travel to India during Jun 15th for 1 month. Can we travel outside of USA on H1B after the biometrics appointment is complete ?
3. How long does it take for AP approval approximately ?
4. Do we need to physically present in USA until our AP is approved?
