EB1b and GC application TSC
Hi All,
I just wanted to share my experience as a medical doctor who waived J1 visa 2 yr requirement and got permanent residency.
November 2015: Waiver application filed to HHS (research category)
December 2015: NIH approved
July 2016: HHS approved
September 2016: DoS approved
September 2016: EB1b filed by my university, approved in 10 days
November 24, 2016: USCIS received I-485, I-131, I -765
December 22, 2016: fingerprints
January 12, 2017: USCIS approved 2-yr waiver and finalized it
February 2, 2017: approved I-131 and I-765
April 21, 2017: approved I-485

Good luck to everybody!

In my case of waiver, you need a good CV and a very good lawyer!
