EB2 China New Card is Being Produced!!
I have been a silent reader and found a lot of helpful information here. This journey hasn't been easy for me, I had to re-apply 140 twice and lost my much early priority date (about 2 years early than my current PD) when I was laid off. I would like to share my timeline and perhaps it can be helpful to someone.

EB2 China

RFE received: 11/26/2019 (Supplement J)
RFE sent to USCIS: 1/2/2020
Interview scheduled: 2/7/2020
Interview notice received: 2/21/2020
Interview attended: 3/12/2020
Interview cancelled and notice ordered: 4/1/2020 (Not sure why this is generated but my attorney said it might be an admin error and I don't have to worry)
New card is being produced: 5/13/2020 (Status didn't change at all till today)

My interview was at San Jose, CA field office. Officer asked me all the Yes and No questions and that was it. It was no more than half an hour. I brought so much documents with me, my paystubs, employment verification letter, original birth certificate, diplomas, etc. He didn't ask for any of my documents. He printed a piece of paper said my case needed further review and since my priority date wasn't current my case is going back to NBC. I asked what he needed to review, he said something about "I don't know why your attorney filed this paper twice". I think it was because my employer changed the company name (just the name) and my attorney might have filed some paperwork to be cautious. I didn't feel good after the interview since my interview seemed so much shorter and different from what I have read here.

Hang in there everyone. Stay positive, healthy and sane.
