Hello all,
Is it common for spouse not to get GC approved at the same time as applicant? I was on L1B and my spouse on L2, I did receive GC but hers is still pending update after additional evidence has been provided.
Below is my timeline
12/13/2019 - Receipt Date
01/03/2020 - Biometrics notice from USCIS
01/21/2020 - Biometrics stamped
01/31/2020 - i-140 Approved, notice from USCIS (i-140 Priority date states 8/13/2019)
2/24/2020 - EAD and Advanced parole (i-512) combo Card notice, received through mail
03/25/2020 - Request for Initial Evidence (RFE) I-693 form requested, notice from USCIS
06/01/2020 - USCIS my-case status page for i-485 changed to "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received"
10/21/2020 - Card was mailed to me
