USCIS opened Service request after calling USCIS couple of times
Questions:
1) Does USCIS respond to Service request normally in 1 month?
2) What are typical responses people get from "service request"? Is it processed by officer and speeds up processing or folks typically get standard answers that your case is in the window of processing times (which is 11.5 months to 30 months for Seattle).
3) Are others' seeing similar delays? How is the range "11.5 months to 30 months" calculated?
4) Any tricks/tips to speed up processing?
