Alright. It's a simple EB2( Employment based) Case. Everything was how it supposed to be until the interview. Our lawyer told us that she didn't need to attend the interview since the case is very straightforward, but she said she still can attend if we want it. We didn't want her to attend since the case was really straightforward. The interview took probably 45 min. - 1 hour. The officer was a young female. She asked every single question that she could ask and shouldn’t ask. We did pretty well. When we answer questions she started asking questions that she shouldn’t ask. For example, one of the yes/no questions in the back of the form, the question was" have you ever gotten any military training, the answer is No, but then she asked if the military training in my home country is mandatory, i said yes but i postponed it. Then she said do you have proof? Excuse me, what? Then she said she will send an RFE for this. Probably she didn't have too much experience and didn't know what to ask. The case was employment-based but she mostly asked about our marriage and yes/no questions. My wife was the primary applicant. Anyway, the interview date was September 30th, 2020. It has been 5,5 months after the interview and the case was stuck as “must be reviewed”. 2 weeks ago, i went to the congressperson and inquired. After exactly 2 weeks( which he said we should hear in 1-2 weeks) without any RFE or something else, the case was approved and new card is being produced today on March 17th. Just prepare for your interview as well as possible, you have never known what kind of officer will do your interview. It might be too simple or the officer might give you a hard time even everything is looking pretty straightforward as our case. Good luck everyone. If you have any questions, please let me know. I will try to answer every question. Since i have been reading and having a lot of experience last couple if years, i can probably be a consultant now :)
