Hello to all the users,
I had extended my stay after visiting USA last year. But unfortunately i got extension rejection and then i was asked to leave the country within 30 days. I called USCIS and they asked me to visit US consulate in the home country. I had read at various websites that visa are void.So i contact the US consular in New Delhi. I got the answer in writing that visa are not void. The visa is just the entry to USA. It is not the surety of entry into USA. one can use the same visa classification till its expiry date. I would personally like to advise users not to go for extension because it is complicated issue.
