File change of status after B1/B2 expired and GC in process
I filed my mom's GC application Aug 2021 and she travelled to US in Dec 2021 and went back Mar-2022. Her visitor visa expired in sep-2022. Is there a way for her to travel to the US, her GC application is still in process and we are waiting for the next stage of biometrics appointment?
